How do I track my order?

As soon as your shipment is confirmed, we'll send you an email and an SMS containing a consignment number so you can check the delivery status of your order. To track your order, simply log into, click on the ‘Track Order’ button in the footer of the website and enter the provided consignment number. From there, you'll automatically be linked to the carrier's page, which will show the status and location of your order.

What are the shipping charges?

Currently we are offering free shipping on all orders, nationwide.

Where do you ship?

We ship nationwide, across all locations in Pakistan.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes we do offer cash on delivery. However, you can also pick up your outfit from our Lahore Center Outlet, address of which is given in the Contact Us section.

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, we offer a 24-hours grace period upon confirmation. Please note your order will be processed after 24 hours. Changes and cancellations attempted after this window will not be validated. At this time we are unable to modify an order. To cancel/change your order, please call us at +92-311-1962008

When will I receive my order?

We ship Monday through Friday excluding Pakistan’s national holidays. Your order should be delivered within 07 - 10 business days, in the case of pret and 14 - 20 days in the case of semi-formals. In case of semi-formals, a 50 percent advance payment must be deposited upon confirmation of the order. Please note, during high volume times such as holidays and special sales, there may be a slight delay in order processing. Your business is important to us, and we'll make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love our products and experience shopping with us! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. You can reach out to us at for any inquiry or assistance required.

Note: Lussoro by Raheela A. has a strict no return policy. Items once purchased, cannot be returned unless found to be of defective quality. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
